Step 1: Heat oil and add the pureed onions, ginger and garlic. Cook it down.

Step 2: Add the chicken and spices. Cook on medium heat, adding water as needed.

Step 3: Grind cashews & yogurt. Add tomato paste, yogurt-cashew paste and green chillies. 

Cook for 5 mins on high heat, add water, and simmer.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Garnish the chicken with fresh cilantro and serve with warm naan or rice.
