Sides

Indian food is incomplete without accompaniments to complement the main dish. Different kinds of raitas (yogurt dressed or tempered with spices and/or vegetables), a serving or two of plain rice or cumin rice, dals and simple sabzis are all integral parts of an Indian meal. Calling these 'sides' really doesn't do them justice!

Do try the beetroot raita, Bombay potatoes, and cumin rice:)
